Returns & Exchanges

We want every piece to feel right. If something isn't working, we're happy to arrange a return, exchange or resize.

Returns window

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Pieces must be unworn, undamaged and returned with all original packaging and documentation.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size, material or piece? We'll exchange within the same 30-day window at no additional cost — you cover return shipping and we cover the outbound shipment of the replacement.

Resizing

Rings and bracelets can be resized once within 60 days of delivery at no charge. Additional resizes are quoted at cost. Not every piece is resizable — engraved bands and diamond-set pieces are reviewed case-by-case.

Repairs

Every Eden Raphael piece is covered by a lifetime repair guarantee for manufacturing defects. Wear-and-tear repairs (re-polishing, re-plating, clasp replacement) are offered at cost.

Non-returnable

• Custom and one-of-one commissions

• Made-to-order and resized items
• Body jewelry (for hygiene reasons), once opened

How to start a return

Message us via the contact page with your order reference. We'll email a prepaid, insured return label (US) or return instructions (international). Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the piece back at the studio.
