Shipping Policy

Every Eden Raphael piece is prepared by hand in our studio before it ships. The information below is a general guide; specifics for your order are confirmed in your shipping email.

Processing time

In-stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order, resized and engraved pieces typically ship within 10–15 business days. Custom commissions follow the timeline agreed during your consultation.

Domestic shipping (US)

• Standard (3–5 business days) — complimentary on all US orders.
• Express (1–2 business days) — available at checkout.
• All US shipments are fully insured and sent signature-required.

International shipping

We ship worldwide via fully insured, tracked courier. Transit times vary by destination, typically 4–10 business days once dispatched. Duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected. If tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of dispatch, please reach out and we'll investigate directly with the carrier.

Lost or delayed parcels

All shipments are fully insured against loss and damage in transit. If your order is lost, please contact us within 30 days of dispatch so we can open a claim on your behalf and replace or refund the piece.
